I’ve been telling stories for as long as I can remember. Writing wasn’t just something I did; it was something I had to do. I needed to get the stories out of my head so I could make room for new ones. The very first “novel” I ever finished was an X-Men story when I was around 10 or so. I taught myself how to write in English by reading Transformers and X-Men fanfics online. My first serious forays into storytelling were mostly fandom-related: fan series, novellas, some text-based RP here and there. I also became a voracious reader, breezing through Sir Terry Pratchett’s Discworld series, Anne Rice’s Vampire Chronicles, and Frank Herbert’s Dune (and the prequels), to name a few. My personal motto is, “Oops! I did it anyway.” When someone says something’s impossible, what they usually mean is either they couldn’t do it or they’re not even willing to try. I’ll happily prove them wrong.
