She has served as a director on many other boards, both corporate and non-profit, and often as the first female voice, including Van's Inc.,The World Business Academy, The Gorbachev State of the World Forum, Chapman University, and the Woman's Leadership Board at Harvard's JFK School. Kathy was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award from The National Association of Woman Business Owners. Her business has been acknowledged as one of the top forty woman-owned business in Orange County in Southern California.
