Armed with two decades’ leadership development experience and a passion for inspiring others to action, Joyel Crawford launched Crawford Leadership Strategies in 2014. She believes when we rise into our own power, we are able to live better, more authentic experiences –both personally and professionally. As a keynote speaker and leadership consultant, Ms. Crawford’s work enhances clients’ career paths by providing clarity and confidence in identifying and achieving their goals. As the FairyGodMentor™️ Ms. Crawford has expanded her consulting practice to host the hit podcast “Career View Mirror®." A Certified Professional Career Coach, Ms. Crawford began her professional career shortly after graduating Cum Laude at Elon University with a Psychology degree as an Isabella Cannon Leadership Fellow. Ms. Crawford obtained her MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a concentration in Management.
