Jon Shannon and his wife Lori have been married since 1995 and have two adult sons. They all live in Saco, Maine. For over 20 years, Jon has been a morning show host on the preeminent country radio station in the state of Maine. Tune in to 101.9 WPOR any weekday morning for the fun with Jon, Joe and Courtney. Jon is also a Maine Broadcasting Hall of Fame inductee, was named one of the Top 30 Country Program Directors in America by Radio Ink Magazine, and is author of National #2 Hot New Release “The Longest Summer” as chosen by Amazon. Jon also hosts the popular Maine People Podcast, featuring notable guests from all over the state. "The Longest Summer" is Jon's first published book.
