Joel Michael Reynolds is Senior Research Scholar in the Kennedy Institute of Ethics and Associate Professor of Philosophy and Disability Studies at Georgetown University, Faculty in the Department of Family Medicine and the Pellegrino Center for Clinical Bioethics at Georgetown University School of Medicine and Medical Center, and Senior Bioethics Advisor to The Hastings Center. They have written for TIME, AEON, The Conversation, and Health Progress. They are founder of the Journal of Philosophy of Disability and co-founder of the book series Oxford Studies in Disability, Ethics, and Society. From Eugene, OR, they divide their time between DC and New York.
