Jodi Rose Crump was born in New England. She was raised by her single dad, author Stuart Crump Jr. The pair moved to Virginia when Stuart married Jodi's step-mom. Jodi is always writing more books, but is often distracted by being a mom, her rambunctious puppy and 3 cats, and the perpetually messy kitchen. Jodi has been an artist for as long as she can remember. She used to color on everything she could get her hands on - including the floor and the walls. Her dad said he wasn't too happy about it, but then he never cleaned it off. Jodi has played violin for decades. She has written music, painted murals, illustrated books, drawn cartoons for various publications, painted many paintings and sold them in gallery showings. She has painted murals that hang in Florida, Northern Virginia, and London, England. She has also taken clowning classes from professional clowns from Ringling Brothers Clown College and also Cirque du Soleil clowns, among others. Jodi has entertained a wide variety of family audiences in stages all over the United States. The book Jodi is working on lately is about the history of aviation. It is a steampunk science fiction novel. She looks forward to reading it as much as you do! Jodi is currently working on launching her brand new blog as of the Fall of 2019. Jodi's dad was also an author - Stuart Crump Jr. You can find his books on Amazon.com or in Jodi's home.
