Joanna Adam has come late to writing and is delighted that her first novel, Kept, is ready for publication. Her writing explores family relationships, the loving, and the hating and how those two emotions can coexist. She is particularly interested in exploring life’s small moments of joy and wondering at the miracle of self-control required to manage the inevitable disappointments. Joanna has an MFA in Creative Writing from Manchester Metropolitan University.
