Jo has been a self-employed Business Consultant and Success Mentor since March 2010. She has worked with several large corporations in interim Exec positions. Jo has also supported micro businesses and self-employed business entrepreneurs as an extra pair of eyes on their business. Jo's focus in the UK energy sector for the past 23 years has been business creation, mergers and acquisitions mainly in £100million+ per annum revenue companies in highly regulated markets. Covering operational set-up, business planning and strategy, customer journeys, revenue and profit margins and growth, operational and service excellence, and driving performance via automation, AI and progressive technology .  Over the span of Jo’s 35-year career, she has trained and become an accredited Mindfulness and Meditation teacher, certified NLP master practitioner, NLP personal development coach, NLP life coach, NLP self-esteem and confidence coach and also a Hypnosis practitioner. Jo is also qualified in Agile projects, a Prince2 Practitioner, a Green Belt in Six Sigma, and a practitioner in DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control). In 2018 Jo published her autobiography ‘Strength and Power’ and has since gone on to co-author three further books, ‘She Who Dares’, ‘Permission’ and ‘From the Ashes She is Ignited’. Jo has worked in publishing since April 2018 and has supported over 500 authors with the interior design of their books, taking their manuscripts and converting them into quality interior files. Jo set up Audio and Co.® to complement the formatting services she already offered enabling authors to record audiobooks and in 2021 extended these services out to podcast launches and management. Jo is also the brains behind a simplified version of DMAIC for small business owners and entrepreneurs. Bringing the F*CK! continuous improvement toolkit and business support consultancy to Market.
