Jeremy Arzt is a therapist and clinical supervisor. In his private practice, he treats individuals and couples experiencing relationship anxiety and attachment-related concerns. Practicing for over a decade, he's held previous positions in school-based settings, community mental health, and inpatient substance use treatment. Jeremy has extensive managerial and teaching experience within the healthcare field. In his previous position as a chief clinical officer, he oversaw a team of clinical directors, program managers, case managers, and training therapists. He was also an adjunct faculty member for Alliant University, where he taught crisis & trauma and family life cycles. He currently facilitates several experiential and attachment-based consultation groups for clinicians worldwide. Jeremy co-authored this book with his wife, Nicole Arzt, therapist and author of Sometimes Therapy Is Awkward.
