Jeff Miller, author of the leadership parable, The Secret of Nexus, ranks writing among his biggest passions. In addition to writing about leadership, he helps lead his family businesses: Essenhaus, Inc and Dutchman Hospitality Group, Inc. Founded by his parents in the late 1960's, the companies are now comprised of restaurants, hotels, gift shops and wholesale food distribution. Jeff currently serves as Operations Manager. With a business degree from Huntington University, Jeff has spent the past 18 years in Hospitality Management. Serving his employees and their guests are two of Jeff's biggest passions. Jeff lives in Indiana with his wife Kathy and their three children.
