James Jacobi (1982-Present) was born in Madison, Wisconsin and grew up living in 9 states from his father's corporate career. He is the founder of Jacobi Enterprises and Magic Moment Fund (a 501c3 non profit charity for disaster relief to families). He is the author of the Radical Integrity: 7 Breakthrough Strategies for Transforming Your Business, Sales and Life (Difference Press, 2018). He is a best-selling author, successful entrepreneur, and motivational speaker. He’s a 6 time president’s club winner, public speaker, and a recognized millennial leader on two Board of Directors. James has spent 10 years in corporate at one of the largest healthcare staffing firms in America working with small business to Fortune 100 firms. James has held senior business development and operational leadership roles while being the top producer amidst 300+ producers. He knows how to help scale a small business to one of the largest companies in industry. He understands the challenges middle management faces to run highly effective teams. From his book Radical Integrity; he knows the mental strategies it takes to be a consistent high producing asset and influencer, how to grow sales by 400% in 90 days, create high performing teams with high retention, use modern customer centric business strategies, and how to carry those same strategies into having a happy home life.
