Jacob Werksman, DBA is the founder and CEO of Victory Strategies, a leadership development, training, and coaching firm whose primary purpose is to help leaders accelerate their leadership and performance through embracing the possible. A former Navy SEAL, Jacob’s military experience shaped his commitment to excellence and inspired him to assemble a team of world-class professionals, including Fortune 500 executives, Olympic athletes/coaches, Navy SEALs, High-Impact Entrepreneurs and TOPGUN fighter pilots. Together, they improve organizational culture, efficiency, and performance through their world-class service offerings. An accomplished academic, Jacob teaches, researches, and collaborates as an Executive Fellow at Harvard Business School, where he assists in transforming the lives of global executives. He also shares his expertise as an adjunct professor at multiple universities and has guest lectured at institutions around the world. Jacob holds a doctorate in business administration and has completed executive education programs at Georgetown, Oxford, Columbia, Stanford and Harvard. Jacob’s entrepreneurial achievements have earned him recognition, including being named to Forbes’ Next 1000 Entrepreneurs. He is an executive leadership coach and provides strategic advisory to several businesses and organizations throughout the world. He is the author of Leadership: A Life Sport, a playbook on what it takes to win as an individual and as a team and Mastering Your GAP: unlocking the leadership power of Gravitas, Awareness, and Presence. Dedicated to service, Jacob actively supports charitable causes and serves on multiple nonprofit boards.
