Holger Mandel is an international leadership and management personality who has successfully applied his leadership style in major American, Swedish and German companies in the capital goods and automotive industries for more than three decades. His conclusion: The leadership culture and the values in the company brochures are similar. What is striking is that the corporate and leadership cultures practiced at companies such as Caterpillar, Volvo and Volkswagen could hardly be more different. Holger Mandel now lives with his wife Anja in Gräfelfing near Munich and on the island of Krk.
