Greg also hosts the Ultra Leadership podcast, connecting with real Leaders sharing real lessons for real learning. Greg is the founder of GA | Ultra Leadership, a consultancy that works with Leaders and teams who want to go beyond usual and ordinary to engage, empower, and activate people and teams to shape the future consciously and confidently. Greg holds a doctorate in psychology from Alliant International University. He received his BA and MA degrees from the University of San Diego.
