She loves helping people use the power of their unconscious mind for healing. Glenda received her Masters in Social Work in 1980. Early in her career, she worked in the field of geriatrics, home health, oncology and hospice. She has been a therapist in two integrative healing centers and has had a private practice for over 30 years offering sessions in person as well as virtually.' She has published over 150 guided imagery meditations and meditative bedtime stories and many are now offered on meditation Apps reaching over 7 million listens. Her latest book "Who Are You Santa Lucia?" is a children's picture book for all ages, dedicated to the people of Ukraine. It is created to highlight this Saint from Sicily who is now celebrated in many countries around the world. We explore not only the beautiful Lucia Queen tradition but also how her bravery and kindness inspires us to be a force for good in this world. The book ends with a guided meditation for connecting with love and light; suitable for beginners and experienced meditators. The audiobook enhances this experience, so you can enjoy the visuals of this lovely picture book and hear Glenda guide you through this practice. The beautiful Lucia painting in this book is created by Minneapolis artist Rebecca Cedarleaf Anderson.
