George Watts is a nationally recognized behavioral scientist, speaker and talent management expert. George graduated from William and Mary with his doctorate in counseling psychology. He has also been on the firing lines as an EVP and CEO of a public company. Additionally, he's assessed over 5,000 executives from multiple industries. Partnering with CEOs and Venture Capitalists he's turned around companies from distressed to highly profitable.
