These achievements include being the top commercial salesperson for ten years and breaking sales records yearly while working for a large family-owned pest control company in California. Foster was the first outside commercial salesperson to sell over $500,000 in Commercial Services in a year. After this milestone, he consistently sold over $500,000 in Commercial Services yearly for ten years straight, with one year hitting over $1,000,000 in commercial sales. As the co-owner of The Pest Posse, Foster has become known as the Head Wrangler because he keeps founder Culley in check and provides much of the day-to-day operations of The Pest Posse.
