The Words of Wellness™ poetry series was birthed from my wounds. It is a soul-care kit comprised of poetry books and poetry journals to help you reflect and then calmly release your grief as opposed to unleashing your grief on yourself or others and causing further pain. Hurt feelings and emotional pain can lead to triumph or trauma. The power of choice lies within each one of us as we get to choose how we respond and the outcome produced by our pain. This soul-care toolkit will allow you to discover the God-given wisdom you'll need to trust Papa God's process and become patient with your progress. This poetry is derived from my wilderness moments. As the Holy Spirit led me on a rescue mission to find the real true me, poetry helped me discover that I had a hidden identity. Inside of me I found that I was both a WARRIOR and QUEEN. Each poem contains a Holy Spirit-led revelation that helped me find my way back to the TRUTH so that I could live bold, brave, and free. You might find that these revelations are something you need to hear, too, to help you discover your true identity in Christ. When I could no longer afford therapy, I was led to write poetry as a means of reviving my weary soul and igniting my spiritual growth. My poetry speaks to Believers who are busy and burned out, brokenhearted, and feeling blue and bullied because they have failed to set boundaries. In the midst of my dark days, poetry gave me a hopeful glimpse that I would shine past my pain to live the abundant possibilities God has for me. I hope you find nuggets of wisdom in my poetry as you embark on your own spiritual journey through the use of my journals, lessons and testimonies I share on my Words of Wellness™ YouTube/Instagram channels meant to provide inspiration to help you believe in the possibility of blooming and motivating you to breathe along your journey.
