Faye Lippitt (nee Alexander) was born and raised in Calgary Alberta and received her BA English at the University of Calgary. With her husband Greg, the two purchased a small acreage in the foothills that became the backdrop for chaos on the farm upon the arrival of two sets of twins, sandwiched like book ends between the eldest and youngest little one. Six in eight years made for very interesting times. Her first book, Sixteen Chickens on a Trampoline, Choosing Laughter from Chaos: a Family Report, is a compilation of her previously published articles written for parents who might find five minute chunks of stolen time to choose laughter when the crazies of raising children happens. Her second and third books, Camilla Caterpillar and Ants on a Log, are what Faye calls her children's Edible Story Series. They contain a healthy recipe at the end of each book to make the critters. What can be better than a cuddle and a snack? May you enjoy every nibble. Faye and Greg now spend their time between Canada and the Caribbean and are blessed with enough grandchildren to keep the laughter flowing.
