Dr. Krystal Lassiter is an author, a master teacher of over 20 years, an expert facilitator, and an influence on change. She is a dynamic force in the world of personal transformation. Operating as a "crane," she gently lifts individuals out of the heavy, stuck places in their lives. As a Rapid Transformational Coach, Krystal guides people through their most challenging traumas, teaching them how to catapult beyond adversity with resilience and clarity. Her approach combines empathy, actionable tools, and profound insight, empowering clients to move from survival to thriving with newfound confidence and direction. Professionally as a master teacher, and former Director and Founder of Future Scholars Learning Center in New Jersey, her mission is always to model, that “the sky is NOT the limit.” Her floor continues to be the ceiling for her family, students, and community as she leads by example graduating from Seton Hall, South Orange, NJ, Ed.D., but most of all to fulfill the will of God taking nothing to the grave. She is also trained with the National Alliance on Mental Illness, and equipped with the expertise to support individuals and families dealing with trauma and mental health challenges. Krystal authored her first book in 2020 and never ceased manufacturing language. Krystal adores her family!
