Dr. George G. Tumanishvili is a well-known scholar from Georgia. At the age of 23, he completed his Ph.D. in the field of law and became a professor. He built a strong career in the fields of Law and Bioethics and came to be the youngest Dean of the faculty of law at Ilia State University (2010-2014). Nowadays, he is a fellow and full professor at Caucasus University. His other occupation is a mix of the different fields of science, which gave him an interdisciplinary background in the fields of Psychology, Quantum Physics, and Neuroscience. Dr. George G. Tumanishvili is a founder of the international research platform – Law of the Future; In 2017, he created and offered to the public Simple Theory of Difficult Meanings. The theory gives us an understanding of the construction of the human self. It also describes the plausibility of digitalizing a human self and transferring it to another medium in the future. In 2021, Dr. Tumanishvili founded the International Institute of Time Management, where a team of professionals and researchers are working on the most effective patterns and templates for building strategies on how to become more efficient, regardless of the niche.
