Having lived in Brazil, Germany, the UK, and Northern Ireland, the now - London & Thailand-based Dominic presents his latest story 'The Sneeze Collector.' Dominic has been interested in poetry and storywriting since a young child. This love grew and blossomed into a - still active - music career, writing songs and lyrics and performing worldwide. As a soloist, he has won the drum and bass arena Best MC award twice, and as part of a band, he won the Mercury Prize, a MOBO and a Q award in the late 90s. A career in radio soon followed, hosting a national chart show that kept him close to the music and rhymes he loves. A new sommelier career working in Michelin-star restaurants also runs alongside his music and writing to this day. The Sneeze Collector was inspired by that frustrating feeling of having to sneeze but then losing it at the very last second and extending the notion that maybe you didn’t lose it; maybe it was taken! Dominic’s first book ‘The Bird and the Elephant - Philosophy for Young Minds’ is a collection of philosophical conversations all written in rhyme. “I sincerely hope you enjoy my books; your enjoyment inspires me to write more.
