He was a certified lead auditor for the ISO 9000/13485 Series/1400 Series, holding the prestigious RAB - Quality Management System – Auditor status and American Society for Quality (ASQ) - Certified Quality Auditor. He is also an EOS Certified Implementer (EOSI), Certified Process Optimizer, and Certified Value Builder. Additionally, he is a certified (APT) Myers-Briggs/DiSC Personality Type Indicator Facilitator/Administrator and DISC Proctor/Administrator (TTI) specializing in Industrial Organization Psychology. As entrepreneurs, he and his sister started a family-owned business selling hearing aids. The business grew from one store to seven in Western North Carolina, and they later sold at a profit. He started his company, Executive Performance and Solutions, Inc., which has a proven track record of success for many years. He helps entrepreneurs and business owners achieve more from their businesses by helping them and their leadership team implement a complete and proven system with simple, practical tools to grow their companies. His coaching portfolio includes high-profile clients such as the Department of Defense, BMW, Delta Airlines, Preferred One, Medtronic, Polaris, and St. Francis. Dr. Russell's workshops for the American Society for Quality are renowned for their stimulating and thought-provoking content. Beyond his professional achievements, Dr. Russell is a man of many talents. His hobbies include music, magic, and writing, and his infectious love of laughter and friendship creates a vibrant atmosphere wherever he goes. He is the author of "The Clutter Elimination Guide" and has two upcoming books in 2025: "Conquering an Entitlement Culture" and "Creating a Process Engaged Culture." He also co-created the Bayou Savage Guitar Ghost Fighter series with Chase Walker and penned the critical thinking book "Optimizing Your Paranormal Adventure, Have You Ever Seen A Ghost… Do You Want To?"
