Dawn Wightman Perrault is an Indie author from the Finger Lakes Region, Central New York. Semi-retired from a 30-year civil service career at her alma mater, Dawn pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business, Management, and Economics, post-career. In addition to writing Children’s Picture Books borrowed from events in her own life, Dawn is a Marketing Enthusiast which takes her in a multitude of interesting directions, a guest contributor to her local newspaper, and serves as a Notary Public. Dawn’s debut Children’s Picture Book, Liam's Not So Horrible Monday, was nominated for a 2024 CNY Book Award (placing in the top 3), and nominated for a Feathered Quill Award. In addition, she was nominated "Best Local Author" of the Region through The Citizen/AuburnPub, placing third.
