DARNELL L. DAVIS is a self-love coach, author, and founder of the Wonders of 7 app, which delivers daily 7-minute self-love exercises. Darnell’s entrepreneurial journey began early—he started a landscaping business at 13, moved into retail sales at 16, and by 19, had become a marijuana kingpin. After serving four years in prison for marijuana distribution, Darnell transitioned into corporate America, quickly rising through the ranks as an advertising director for some of the most prestigious media companies in the U.S. In addition to his corporate career, Darnell has performed as a stand-up comedian and worked as a fitness coach for highly successful individuals around the globe—from the United States to Europe, London, and Qatar. He has lived in Australia, The Netherlands, Istanbul, London, and Qatar, and now calls Miami Beach home. A serendipitous encounter with Harry Styles in London led Darnell to start delivering daily self-love videos to tens of thousands of “Harries,” growing a passionate community of self-love enthusiasts worldwide.
