Danielle Macleod wanted to be Prime Minister from an early age. Or Captain of the British 'It's a Knockout' Team. Life took a different turn, and after an extensive career in Human Resources, she found herself leading 10,000 people as Customer Service Director of one of the UK's most well known companies. During her time in the role, customer satisfaction improved by over 140%, which she credits to her exploration of Heart Centred Leadership and a great belief in uncapping potential and playing to strengths. A keen ambassador for Women in Leadership, Danielle is a highly requested public speaker, leadership consultant and Women's Coach and has spoken at Management Today's Inspiring Women and appeared on television. In addition she has an MBA and has trained with the Coaches Leadership Institute, Marc David of the Institute for the Psychology of Eating and latterly, Rich Litvin, of the best selling book, 'The Prosperous Coach'. Danielle is passionate about making it easy for women to reach their full potential and create impact in the world. It's her great desire to release more and more women into heart-centred leadership so that they can make the changes in the world they long for and have a life they are in love with.
