My memoir/self-help book only got written because of Covid isolation, but now that it is out in the world, I want it to find readers! Of course, I believe in my book, but Drs. The part of the book about the first 49 years of my life, when I didn't know I had ADHD, provides a deep dive into the hidden challenges of ADHD. The next 30 years, after my ADHD diagnosis, describes my pathway to a successful life and the work involved. Readers will come to understand how crucial and life-changing an ADHD diagnosis is and the importance of early diagnosis.. Early diagnosis is key. That is why the focus for the rest of my life is " ALL children with ADHD are diagnosed by age 7.No child should ever again be overlooked or discounted."
