Clare Head grew up in the hilly region of the Cotswolds in the UK. She moved to London in her early twenties to pursue a career on the production side of live television news. She has always had itchy feet and has used that as an excuse to work in three different newsrooms around the world. The experience has provided her with a wealth of ambitious, loveable and not so loveable character types to base her stories upon. Clare has lived in London, New York and Australia but has now found a little slice of heaven in New Zealand where she lives with her husband and three children.
