I cycled the epic journey from Land’s End to John O’ Groats in UK on my electric bike without any back up support. I finished just short of my 71st birthday. I raised over £7,000 for the three women’s cancers, though this was not the reason for the trip. My book “End to End” (how I cycled from Land’s End to John O’ Groats) is available on Amazon and has excellent reviews. It is described as “inspirational,a page turner, you don’t need to be a cyclist to enjoy it” It is part autobiographical, historical, covering plans and training in UK and Mallorca, and my 1000 mile trip. I take the reader with me throughout my adventures, such as confronting masked men carrying guns in the remote Scottish Highlands. 20% of sales going to Women v Cancer.
