Chris left the comfort of a nine-five job because he realized he wasn’t building anything like his parents or grandparents did with their businesses. He took his entrepreneurial leap of faith over 25 years ago and hasn’t looked back! Having successfully built six companies and three exits, he now passionately pursues radically candid conversations with a relentless drive to mastery (and plenty of fun along the way) as he coaches clients through the System & Soul Framework. He has helped over 160 companies and hundreds of other coaches gain skills that transform their businesses on the path to breakthrough. Outside of his coaching practice, he founded The Micro Business Academy, co-founded System & Soul, and co-hosts the System & Soul Podcast. Additionally he co-founded the EOS software, Ninety, and co-authored The Clarity Field Guide. He lives in Orlando, Florida with his incredible wife, Darlene, and their lovable lab, Buddy.
