I've had the pleasure of knowing Charles since he embarked on his journey as a Human Resources educator and trainer in the late '90s. Over the years, we've collaborated closely, and as a fellow trainer, I've always admired his expertise and dedication. Charles has been instrumental in enhancing my own training skills. Recently, he shared with me the pre-publication version of his latest book, seeking my feedback. As I delved into the guide, I was impressed to discover insights that were new to me, a testament to Charles's depth of knowledge. His extensive experience in the HR field, including roles in three prominent companies, uniquely qualifies him to author such a comprehensive guide. I wholeheartedly wish him all the success in this endeavor! Jack O'Sullivan Charles Harrison is a distinguished expert and a certified SHRM trainer in human resources.
