Hey there! I'm originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, and I moved to sunny, hot San Bernardino, California. Armed with a Master's degree in Psychology: Marriage and Family Therapy from Antioch University, CA, I've spent years helping people as a counselor. Now, I'm excited to reach even more people through my writing! While I may be new to the professional writing scene, I've got tons of experience creating educational resources for students, parents, and colleges. And let me tell you, it's been a blast putting those skills to work in my books! Speaking of books, I've just released my first one on Amazon called "My Secret Life: A Therapeutic Journey Into Healing." If you're into self-discovery, this one's for you! Then, because I'm a bit of a tech geek too, I followed it up with "AI in Your Everyday." Trust me, artificial intelligence isn't just for sci-fi movies anymore! Releasing this April, 2025, is my fourth book entitled, "The Professor's Right Turn". This book is about the journey of a California Educator who, during the 2024 Presidential Elections, must decide to remain part of the "Silent Majority" or to become self-confident enough to voice her opinions to both family and work colleagues. Whatever I write, though, you can bet it'll dive into those tricky psychological issues we all face. I like to keep things casual but informative—kind of like chatting with a friend who happens to know a lot about psychology! My goal? To create books and resources that can make your everyday life a little bit better, no matter who you are or where you're from.
