A survivor of narcissistic abuse turned advocate, Cara Adria Murphy is fueled by a deep desire to understand the "why" behind the complex dynamics of interpersonal relationships. Cara is committed to personal growth, compassionate self-reflection, and the resilience and courage of the human spirit. She believes that “healed people, heal people,” and she’s committed to bringing what she learns to a public space through her writing. With a Master's degree in Communication, she combines her understanding of human interaction with the power of language to examine healthy (and unhealthy) relationships and emotional well-being. She especially loves collaborating with others, and she'll happily chat for hours with you over coffee. When not writing, you can find Cara running along a rocky trail in the mountains, traveling to far-away places with her children, or cuddling on the couch under a cozy blanket surrounded by the family pets.
