Curtis Waters has a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Florida Tech. He has over 20 years of high-technology sales experience plus over 10 years of experience in real estate investing and brokerage. Curtis lives in the Charlotte NC metro area with his wife of 36 years, Cheryl. Curtis & Cheryl have 2 sons. Curtis discovered in both his sales and real estate career that building and fostering relationships were key to his long-term success, as well as taking responsibility for the situation - good or bad - that life handed him.
