Bellaria Jimenez (Bell) grew up in New Jersey, her family migrated from Venezuela when she was a young child. Her love for empowering people to take charge of their finances grew from watching her family struggle with money throughout her childhood. She witnessed firsthand the common mistakes people make by not having a personal financial plan. Upon graduating from college, she began her career as a financial advisor and now leads a financial services firm as President and General Agent. Bell and John Bucsek, her business partner, have worked together for over two decades and developed teams by partnering individuals with unique abilities to work more productively, efficiently and provide better service to their joint clients. They attribute much of their success to the incredible teams within their organizations. This love for teaming led them to write The Team Game, How Your Business Can Dominate Year after Year. Bell's wish is to inspire the next generation to invest in themselves professionally and through financial education. Due to her dedication and commitment to Financial Literacy Initiatives, she had the distinguished honor of ringing the opening bell on Wall Street during Financial Literacy Week. Bellaria has an MBA and holds various designations including Certified Financial Planner™, Chartered Financial Consultant®, Chartered Life Underwriter®, Certified Divorce Financial Consultant. She is an active member of GAMA/AALU, FPANJ, and NAIFA. She has received several recognitions throughout her career, including the Hispanic Corporate Achiever of the Year; Top 50 Business Women in New Jersey; and the Prominent Woman Award.
