Dr. Brownemiller grew up in Cupertino, California, and is a graduate of UC Berkeley where she earned two PhDs with distinction, two masters degrees, and lectured in three departments for fifteen years, including teaching research and research design courses to graduate students. Dr. Brownemiller has served in government, business, non-profit, media, and private practice settings. She has worked with several thousand persons from over twenty nations in clinical, treatment, educational, and research contexts. Dr. Brownemiller has been awarded several fellowships and grants, and has served as US National Institute of Mental Health Post-Doctoral Fellow and US Dept. of Public Health Fellow. Dr. Brownemiller brings to her work her extensive expertise in numerous areas, including but not limited to: consciousness and the mind, cognition, also cognitive dissonance, trauma, stress, habituation and addiction, learning processes, perception and deception, thought control, information suppression, disinformation, brain functions, neuroscience, creativity, the brain’s imagination functions, and far more.
