Angela Billings, U.S. Air Force veteran, strategic communicator, entrepreneur, and TEDx speaker has performed in high-profile positions serving in the Air Force, including internationally in Germany, Korea, and Afghanistan, and as the senior Air Force representative in New York City. As an entrepreneur, strategist, and business leader, Angela has coached military officers and executives and was an Air Force spokesperson for over twenty years. Her deliberate and measured approach has helped Angela weather the toughest of public relations storms: the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on the Pentagon, airplane crashes, base closures, force reshaping, unit deployments, troops in contact, and downed helicopters in combat against the Taliban. She is currently the director of communication for the Kentucky Senate Majority. Angela owns her own business, The Virago Circle, and speaks to leaders about effective crisis management.
