At FHFG, they're not just about numbers—though 30,000 clients and about 100 career agents are a testament to our reach—but about instilling a business-owner mindset. This approach, fortified by a fierce focus on customer-driven and innovative planning techniques, positions FHFG advisors among the nation’s best and contributes to an advisor retention rate well above average. In addition to her role at FHFG, Amy has the distinct honor of serving as a director on the Finseca board (Financial Security for All), as chair of the Government Affairs Committee, the Standard of Conduct Committee, and as past chair of the Retirement and Holistic Planning working group. She is also a member of the Leadership Development and Training committees with Guardian’s Field Advisory Board.
