Allynn Riggs has been writing stories at an early age and after being nagged and cajoled by a determined collection of fictional characters for many years, she surrendered and shifted careers to tell their stories. She has never been as happy. Her science fiction series, "The Stone's Blade", began innocently enough as a short story written when she was fourteen. Don't let anyone tell you it is too late to get started writing. Begin, now. The core quartet of her sci-fi/fantasy series, The Stone's Blade, includes The Blood (2014), The Balance (2016), The Blades (2019), and ends with The Seventh Stone which came out in late December 2022. Works in progress include two new fantasies: Spider Rider and The River King's Daughter, and three children's books: Melody and the Squeaky Brown Shoes, Pumpkin Party, and Candy's Dragon.
