Ajayan Borys is an author, meditation teacher, and radio host who has retired from dwelling in Himalayan caves and now lives in the Puget Sound area of Washington State. A devout meditator since 1970, he has instructed and guided thousands of meditation students in North America, Australia, Europe, and India over the past 45 years. He is the founder of an integrated system of meditation called Effortless Mind®. Next to meditation, his second passion is writing, and he applies himself daily to perfecting his craft. Host of Mind Matters Radio on Alternative Talk Radio 1150 KKNW, he leads meditation retreats in the Pacific Northwest, Peru, Kenya, and the Himalayas.
