Holding certifications in PSM, PAL, SAFe, Nexus, Kanban, and Enterprise Agility, he is a recognized thought leader in the Agile community, frequently sharing insights through mentorship, talks, and podcast appearances. Driven by a passion for empowering professionals and fostering high-performing Agile teams, Adedamola believes that Agile is more than just a framework—it’s a mindset for continuous growth and transformation.
