Compelling and satisfying.
A clever, insightful and intriguing story narrated to perfection.
For me this was a roller coaster ride of emotions. Heartbreaking at times, disturbing, exciting and always compelling at others with the story moving along at a satisfying pace.
The characters are all well written and the narration captures their nuances beautifully.
Whether you are new to JD Kirk’s writing or know him from his other work I would recommend this near future mystery without hesitation.

Weird or what?
Very very different to JD Kirk's other books. A really unusual story. I kept swinging between thinking how strange and weird it was to loving it. Plenty of twists and turns.
Definitely worth a listen.

Did not go where I thought it would go.
This reminds me if that Black Mirror episode.
I had hoped for more Tennant, I thought this would go full AI in a skin suit.
But the twist was great!
