The Cottage Adventurers

What would you do if your parents bought a new cottage on the lake and everyone was excited but you? Meet eight-year-old twins Zoe and Zelda. They usually see eye to eye on everything, but not this time. Zelda is thrilled to try all the traditional cottage experiences while Zoe longs for her Wi-Fi and her devices back home in the big city. With a little help from her family and a new friend, can this city girl learn to love the cottage life too?

It’s a busy weekend at the cottage, as the twin’s parents have planned a big party to meet their neighbors on the island. Later, Zelda’s thrilled to be invited to go water skiing, but is unsure when her teacher has an unexpected surprise.

Dad and the twins are caught unaware in a big storm while out in the boat. Lighting and thunder crash around them as they race to get back to the cottage. A tree falls, the lights go out, and the family is plunged into darkness as they wait out the storm.
