We bring together research scientists and members of the community with lived experience to discuss issues that make a difference to people's everyday lives.

A sound art performance; combined as a synaesthesia to reduce anxiety, promote healthier sleep cycles and as a meditation aid. Originally produced as ‘The Healing Chamber’ in 2015, sounds promote the positive attributes of sleep towards improved mental health. The work is curated as 60 minute compositions, passive meditations to calm the mind and restore equilibrium.
