In our ever-changing world, the need to interact has never been more important until now. As nations vie for economic and social importance in the comity of nations, friction occurs and with that comes the threat of war. And when every form of interaction dissolves, all forms of lies that negates either party abounds, anarchy reigns. The Cold War of the late 19th century and early 20th century is a testament to this fact. We need to talk, to interact more. It is from this interaction that many of the solutions to the world’s problems lies.

We all agree that communication is the one thing that holds a relationship and make it last longer, whether that is in your personal or professional life. Having someone with whom you can share your troubles or whom you can go to for advice is so liberating because as the popular saying goes, "A problem shared is a problem solved." However, there are ways to communicate effectively, which is not taught or people don’t know about.

The book entitled Talk to Anyone is a value providing resource that is tailored towards understanding other people’s emotions, feelings, and thoughts. Our ability to empathize with other people is made possible because we could share in their pain, hurt, joy, happiness, and so on. It takes a whole lot of courage and confidence to interact and converse with others, especially when we have no idea of who they are and what they can do.
