Change happens through choices. When choices become actions, change occurs. Your actions determine your direction. When you change your direction, you change your destiny! It's all determined by making the choice to change. I am waiting for the change to come, but God is waiting for my choice to change. I am waiting for change; God is waiting for choice!

Many books have been written discussing the will of God in healing. This book began as a seed when my wife was diagnosed with cancer. We had to decide on treatments recommended by her doctors. As we prayed about what to do the Lord ministered to my mind very clearly, "It is stupid to fight a disease on only one level that is attacking on three levels at once. Body, Soul and Spirit." This book deals with the soul and spirit levels of the battle. Depression kills more people than cancer because it causes them to lose hope. Your will is so important for emotional healing.

I remember nearly drowning when I was a kid. It was in a pool with the life guard sitting right above me. He didn't see me drowning in plain sight. It was so much like drowning in sin, emotional depression, and fear. There were people all around me, unconscious to my plight, watching me go under for the last time. Then my dad came, jumping in clothes and all, to save his child, just like Jesus did for me. Drowning in Plain Sight is about keeping your head above the waters of life.
