The Editors get into all of the major releases coming to audio this fall. Spoiler alert: There are a lot! From buzzy memoirs, to blockbuster fiction, to a very special announcement for kids titles - it’s going to be a busy end to the year.

Celebrated French crime writer Pierre Lemaitre and his English language translator Frank Wynne join us for an exclusive interview in the Audible Studios. In November 2014 Pierre won the top literary prize in France - the Prix Goncourt - for his novel Au revoir là-haut. His latest novel is a dark and disturbing thriller called Blood Wedding.

Julia Heaberlin visits the Audible Studios to talk about her latest book, Black Eyed Susans. To write this disturbing thriller Julia conducted thorough research into mitochondrial DNA, death penalty law and child psychology.

Harry Parker comes from a long line of military men. He joined the British Army at 23, served in Iraq in 2007 and in Afghanistan in 2009. It was whilst on night patrol in Afghanistan that he had an accident which resulted in an IED explosion and the loss of both his legs. As well as completing a postgraduate degree in fine art, Harry has channeled the emotional and physical trauma of the accident into an impressive debut novel, Anatomy of a Soldier.

Jocelyn is principal of an organisation called Seven Learnings, and in her new book, The Greats of Leadership, she shows us how we can take inspiration in the workplace from some rather unexpected sources.

Richard Madeley has been gracing our screens since the early 1980s, best known for his time on This Morning and Richard and Judy with his wife, Judy Finnegan. Taking inspiration from the Richard and Judy Book Club, Richard recently started writing novels of his own. He visits the Audible Studios to talk about his latest crime novel, The Night School.

Since forming in 2008, Mark Grist and MC Mixy have been challenging the preconceptions of poetry and hiphop across the country.
