Leeta has returned to the land of Velicorte with the fabled Archer of Queen City himself Henry Ian Daniels. Il "Barone di Munchausen" è un instancabile avventuriero, che al ritorno dai suoi viaggi, si diverte a spararle grosse, raccontando le sue improbabili imprese. Tra inseguimenti surreali, mirabolanti allunaggi e avventure esotiche, ci porta dentro le situazioni più inverosimili... Durante uno dei suoi viaggi incontra niente meno che "Don Chisciotte", e ne esce un indimenticabile scontro tra pari! Le storie di Munchausen, di origine popolare, furono raccolte da un autore anonimo nel 1781. Nel 1785 a Londra ne venne pubblicata una versione in inglese, ad opera di Rudolf Erich Raspe.

Münchhausen era un capitano di cavalleria russa nel 1740 che partecipò a due campagne contro l'Impero ottomano. Le storie su Münchhausen furono collezionate e pubblicate da un autore anonimo nel 1781 ed una versione in inglese venne pubblicata a Londra nel 1785 da Rudolf Erich Raspe. Nel XIX secolo, la storia aveva subito numerose trasformazioni ed espansioni da parte di molti autori ed era stata tradotta in numerose lingue totalizzando più di cento diverse edizioni.
