Luckily for Cedric, a lawyer finds him and tells him that he is the heir to the title of earl and a vast estate in England. But when it is evident that Sara is not the possessor of a princess's fortune, she is dispatched to live in the attic and become a servant.

Sara Crew is the spoiled little daughter of rich parents. After her mother's death, she is sent to a "Select Seminary For Young Ladies". Then, Sara suddenly loses her father and money and faces the misery of existing on charity.

Ma il libro non precorreva i tempi solo in questo: nella seconda parte del libro vengono affrontate e ben spiegate le teorie del “pensiero positivo” e della ripetizione dei pensieri positivi che è alla base di così tante tecniche cosiddette “magiche”.....
