David Smith successfully worked for 17 years at the Brazoria County Criminal District Attorney’s Office, gaining valuable experience as a felony prosecutor and Chief of the Misdemeanor Division. David prosecuted cases such as murder, intoxication manslaughter, aggravated robbery, aggravated sexual assault, theft, assault, & DWI. David discusses criminal law, practical application of zealous criminal defense.
